Sports Performance Centres boast large and impressive high performance training facilities that house a full complement of state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular equipment for elite sport training, personal training, and fitness conditioning.

In addition to the high performance gym and fitness facilities, SPC medical and rehabilitation centres are complete with various treatment rooms, private massage therapy and medical offices, and full amenity washroom and changing room facilities.

With locations in Vaughan (Thornhill), and Mississauga (on the boarder of Mississauga and Oakville), SPC offers full complement Sports Medicine and high performance training facilities under one roof accessible by anyone in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
